Imagine what would happen if you took the church outside of the four walls of the church building, taking Christ to the community directly. Well, that’s just what happened almost 20 years ago when a local church decided they wanted to impact the lives of young men, many without fathers in their homes, with the truth of the Gospel. It wasn’t long before the city and social service agencies began to take notice of the impact. Now, they are on the forefront of the influx of immigrants and asylum seekers being bussed in from Texas. Christ in Community, this weekend on Missions Today!
